Quick and Easy Cranberry Sauce

Making your own Cranberry Sauce with fresh cranberries is simple and tastes so much better than anything you can buy, why not give it a try?  I made the sauce in my Optimum ThermoCook, but you can use a food processor or leave the cranberries whole, it’s a really adaptable recipe.

Love the spices you’ve used here and what a good idea to use the ThermoCook.

This sounds delicious with the spices you’ve used, I recently made a cranberry compote to serve with a steamed pudding just like this. I love how cranberries go with savoury and sweet foods, so versatile! The Thermocook sounds fabulous too.

I never thought about making this! Not usually a fan but I always “try” it for Christmas. But maybe a homemade version would be the answer xx

My Dad won’t eat Christmas dinner without cranberry sauce! And the bought stuff isn’t as good as home made. We tried home made for the first time this year, after reading this post and it was awesome!

I so wanted to make cranberry sauce in the ThermoCook this year but never got round to it and ended up having to buy ready made – not the same!

Home-made cranberry sauce is always far nicer than stuff in a jar – loving that you made it in the thermocook…
