A simple and delicious avocado, olive and tomato salsa served with healthy homemade tortilla chips.
Serve the tortilla chips with the salsa and a chilled glass of wine, lager, iced tea, whatever takes your fancy! If you don't have an air fryer, then you can bake the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in the oven at the same temperature but you might need to bake them a little longer.
