Forager's Fancy - A Blackberry Gin Cocktail

Instructions
Bruise the mint leaves in a mortar and pestle or with the end of a rolling pin to release the oils.
Place the crushed mint and crushed ice in the glass.
Add the gin and the blackberry ordial in the glass and stir to mix. Top up with soda water.
Garnish with the sprig of mint.
