Ingredients
 

  • 80 grams steel-cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 400 ml milk

Instructions
 

  • 80 grams steel-cut oats, 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
    Combine all the dry ingredients in a jug.
  • 400 ml milk
    Add the milk and stir to blend.
  • Cook in the microwave until the milk is steaming. 
  • Pour it into the vaccum flask and close the lid.  Leave overnight.
