An easy overnight porridge (oatmeal) that you can make in a vacuum flask.

- 80 grams steel-cut oats
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 400 ml milk

Combine all the dry ingredients in a jug.
400 ml milk
Add the milk and stir to blend.
Cook in the microwave until the milk is steaming.
Pour it into the vaccum flask and close the lid. Leave overnight.
