Slow Cooker Spicy Tomato Pork Tenderloin

- 450 g pork tenderloin fillet
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 400 g can of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 clove garlic crushed
450 g pork tenderloin
Place the pork tenderloin in bottom of slow the cooker
1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
400 g can of chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 clove garlic
Stir together the canned tomatoes, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, chilli powder and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Check seasoning before serving.
