Ingredients
 

  • 450 g pork tenderloin fillet
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 400 g can of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Instructions
 

  • 450 g pork tenderloin
    Place the pork tenderloin in bottom of slow the cooker
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  • 400 g can of chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 clove garlic
    Stir together the canned tomatoes, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, chilli powder and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Check seasoning before serving.
