Air Fryer Apple Crumble

This delicious fruit dessert is always popular and so simple to make in your air fryer.

- 300 grams apples
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 100 grams plain flour
- 50 grams butter or spread
- 40 grams Demerara sugar
300 grams apples, 50 grams granulated sugar
Peel, core and slice the apples. Put into an oven proof baking dish with the granulated sugar.
100 grams plain flour, 50 grams butter or spread
Put the flour and the butter or spread into a bowl.
Cut the butter into the flour with a knife.
Then rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
40 grams Demerara sugar
Stir in the demerara sugar.
Pre-heat your air fryer (if required).
Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture.
Place the ovenproof dish into the air fryer and bake at 175C (350F) for 20 minutes
Cook until the fruit is bubbling and the crumble is golden brown.
Serve warm with custard, ice cream, cream or yogurt.
