1 measuring jug or measuring spoons
1 spatula
1 small bowl for finished Brownie Butter
Ingredients
200gbrownies
30mlwarm water
35 gbuttersoftened
Instructions
Place 200 g (7 oz) brownies into a food processor.
Process the brownies. If they are dry you will get crumbs and if they have some moisture then the brownie crumbs will clump together in a ball.
Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of warm water to the food processor.
Process the brownies and water to a paste.
Add 25 g of softened butter to the food processor.
Process the butter with the brownies until smooth and glossy.
Use the spatula to get all the Brownie Butter out of the food processor and pile up in a bowl. Place the bowl on a plate and surround with fruit and cookies for dipping. Or serve on bread, pancakes or croissants for breakfast.
