Air Fryer Chipotle Chilli Potato Wedges

Crisp potato wedges coated in spicy and smoky chipotle chilli flakes cooked to perfection in your air fryer.

- 4 medium potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon chipotle chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Scrub the potatoes and cut into even sized wedges.
Pre-heat eat your air fryer (if needed).
Place the potato wedges and 1 tbsp vegetable oil onto a bowl and mix until the potato wedges are covered in oil.
Sprinkle ½ tsp of chipotle chilli flakes and ½ tsp sea salt over the potato wedges.
Air fry at 180C/375F for 20- 25 minutes until golden. Give them a shake after 10 minutes.
Serve Air Fryer Chipotle Chilli Wedges with grilled meats, burgers, sausages. They are also delicious with a sour cream and chive dip.
