1 glass jar with lid
1 measuring jug
1 250 ml (½ pint) glass bottle with lid
Ingredients
275mlwhite wine vinegar
apple mint leavesenough to almost fill the glass jar
Instructions
Remove the apple mint leaves from their stems. Wash and dry them thoroughly on kitchen paper.
Place enough apple mint leaves into the jar to make it ¾ full.
Pour over 275 ml (1 ¼ cups) white wine vinegar into the jar.
Add the lid and close firmly. Give the jar a shake. Then keep in a cool, dark place (the refrigerator is ideal) for 2 weeks to allow the herbs to infuse the vinegar.
